Glossybox | December 2015 Unboxing

Glossybox December 2015 Contents

December’s Glossybox arrived festively decked out in red and white. Inside, it held a perfectly packaged sultry, holiday look:

MTJ Cosmetics High Definition Mascara

Made in Italy, this full-sized mascara in HD Black sports a uniquely shaped wand meant to prevent clumpy lashes. If you’re familiar with the subscription box life, then you know I can’t pop this tube open just yet, since I have several tubes waiting to be sampled. Not a month goes by that I don’t get at least one mascara.

OROGOLD Cosmetics 24K Hand Cream

This is a white cream with a subtle, sweet scent. It’s a rather large size. Glossybox’s little pamphlet states that 1oz sells at $18 and they generously sent us a 2.5oz bottle.

Color Club Nail Polish in Feverish

Another full-sized product, this burgundy shade is perfect for the season.

Glossybox Eye Shadow in Glossybox Mauve

An exclusive Glossybox product, this could be used for a mauvey twist on a smokey eye. It’s not an especially pigmented color but it’s very smooth and has silver shimmer.

Du Bruyère Paris Red Lipgloss

Glossybox December 2015 De Bruyère Paris Red Lipgloss

This is an incredibly pigmented and shiny red gloss. I actually believe it was included in a Limited Edition French-themed Glossybox a few months ago. The long doe foot applicator is perfectly shaped and the gloss smells just like candy. I wore this on Christmas Eve and found that it does have some staying power because it leaves somewhat of a stain on your lips.

It seems that this month Glossybox intentionally sent a selection of products that could work together to create a very intense and sultry look just in time for the holidays.

What do you think of this month’s box?
